The Future of Storytelling is a partnership between Havas Media Group’s 18 Hubs and UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television (TFT) to promote innovative research on the future of entertainment at the intersection of scholarship, production, and technology.

In collaboration with Havas Media Group’s 18 Hubs, Denise Mann launched the Digital Incubator and Think Tank (DIT), which is a research center that looks at the evolution of the culture industry, 18 months ahead. These are the results of our work.

Transforming Hollywood 2015

Virtual Reality
An annual conference event hosted by Professor Denise Mann from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television and Professor Henry Jenkins from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. It aims to turn the spotlight on media creators, producers, and executives and place them in critical dialogue with top researchers from across a wide spectrum of film, media and cultural studies to provide an interdisciplinary summit for the free interchange of insights about how transmedia works and what it means.
